Do I need to pay GST on top of these prices? +
All prices shown are exclusive of GST. If you are GST-registered, GST will be added to your invoice. If you are not GST-registered, you pay the displayed price only.
What do I need to have before you can set it up? +
Just a Google account — Gmail or Google Workspace. The tools live inside Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, which are free and already available to anyone with a Google account.
How does the self-install option work? +
You receive two code files and a step-by-step instruction manual. The manual covers every platform (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, etc.) and walks you through the setup in plain English. Most people with basic Google Workspace experience can do it in about 10 minutes.
Can I customise the tools after I receive them? +
Yes — the service and source dropdowns are managed through a Settings sheet that you can edit directly in Google Sheets without touching any code. For more significant changes, get in touch and we can quote an update.
What's your payment policy? +
A 50% deposit is required before we begin any done-for-you work. The balance is invoiced on completion. For self-install products, full payment is required upfront. We accept bank transfer and can arrange other payment methods on request.
Is there an ongoing fee for the trackers? +
No — the lead tracker and job tracker are one-off purchases. Your data lives in your own Google Sheet, so there are no subscription costs. The only ongoing fee is for the chatbot, which requires API usage and ongoing content management to run.
